Here is a tasty way to get some extra greens in. Use it as mid day pick me up or breakfast.
- 1/2 cup cold filtered water
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup blueberries or peaches
- 2 cup spinach (you can squash the spinach down into the cups)
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seed
Add to blender, blend, enjoy.
