Spinach Smoothie

Here is a tasty way to get some extra greens in. Use it as mid day pick me up or breakfast.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup cold filtered water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup blueberries or peaches
  • 2 cup spinach (you can squash the spinach down into the cups)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons chia seed

PREPARATION:

Add to blender, blend, enjoy.
