Super Raw Muesli
A great option to feed hungry families in the morning. This is also quick to put together for families that do not have much time in the mornings.
Ingredients:
- 1 C whole organic oats (freshly rolled to avoid damage through oxidation) or sprouted, dehydrated buckwheat
- 2 T flax seed
- 2 T sesame seed
- 3 T coconut oil or organic butter
- 2-3 t honey
Instructions:
Melt the butter / coconut oil at low temperature (pour warm water in bowel, place coconut oil/butter in another bowl inside this bowl). Mix all the above ingredients.
Optional add ins:
- 1/4 C raw nuts
- 1/4 C dried fruit of your choice (sulphur free)
- 2 T coconut flakes
- 2 T pumpkin seeds
- 2 T sunflower seeds
Serve with your choice of:
- Raw organic cow or goat milk, or nut-, hemp seed- or coconut milk
- Substitute milk for a smoothie of your choice
- Fresh berries or chopped fruit
- Chocolate nibs
- Hemp protein powder
- Any of the superfoods
