Beef Stirfry served on a bed of Chopped Greens

What you’ll need:

  • 500g organic beef strips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Brags Liquid Aminos or Tamari
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 2 red or yellow bell peppers, sliced
  • Large handful sugar snap peas, beans or vegetable of choice
  • 1 packet of mixed greens such as watercress, rocket, asian green, basil, coriander etc.
  • Chopped baby tomatoes
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea or rock salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


  • Heat pan on medium heat. Add the coconut oil and allow to melt.
  • Add sliced onions and sauté until they begin to soften and turn translucent. Stir often.
  • Add the beef and the Braggs/Tamari, stir often.
  • Once the beef is done to your preference, lower the heat, add the bell peppers and peas. You can add the tomatoes now or at the end.
  • Lightly sauté, preferably keep the vegetables crispy but you can saute till soft if you prefer.
  • Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper if needed.
  • Serve over chopped mixed greens and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste.
