Brain Power Juice

This one is specifically geared to get you through a tough day of mental focus.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 C green beans
  • 1/2 C shredded cabbage
  • 2 C chopped beetroot leaves, carrot leaves or asian greens (bok choy, tatsoi etc.)
  • 1 C chopped spinach
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 3 peeled oranges
  • Optional: 100mg gingseng or ginko biloba (use dried herb, equivalent of 2 capsules)

PREPARATION:
Push all ingredients through your juicer. Stir well and serve immediately.

Makes 3-4 cups
