This one is specifically geared to get you through a tough day of mental focus.
- 1 1/2 C green beans
- 1/2 C shredded cabbage
- 2 C chopped beetroot leaves, carrot leaves or asian greens (bok choy, tatsoi etc.)
- 1 C chopped spinach
- 2 medium peaches
- 3 peeled oranges
- Optional: 100mg gingseng or ginko biloba (use dried herb, equivalent of 2 capsules)
Push all ingredients through your juicer. Stir well and serve immediately.
Makes 3-4 cups
