Berries are high in anti-oxidants and sprouts are full of enzymes to give you an extra boost and motivation for a cleanse.
- 1/4 small watermelon, cubed
- 2 C pitted cherries (can be frozen)
- 2 C alfalfa sprouts
- 1 C blueberries (can be frozen)
- 1 C raspberries (can be frozen)
- 1 medium peach, pitted
Push all ingredients through your juicer. Stir well and serve immediately.
Makes 2 1/2 – 3 cups
