Great-tasting Detox Juice

Berries are high in anti-oxidants and sprouts are full of enzymes to give you an extra boost and motivation for a cleanse.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 small watermelon, cubed
  • 2 C pitted cherries (can be frozen)
  • 2 C alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 C blueberries (can be frozen)
  • 1 C raspberries (can be frozen)
  • 1 medium peach, pitted

PREPARATION:
Push all ingredients through your juicer. Stir well and serve immediately.

Makes 2 1/2 – 3 cups
