This juice is rich in chlorophyll which helps overall cleansing, blood cleansing, and improves alkalinity. The garlic and cauliflower/broccoli are in the recipe to boost specific groups of liver detoxification enzymes.
- 60 ml wheatgrass juice (use 2tsp wheatgrass or barley green powder if you cannot make the juice)
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 C chopped cabbage or collard greens
- 2 C chopped cauliflower or broccoli
- 1/2 C beetroot
- 1 C chopped spinach
- 2 large apples
- Optional: 2 sprigs of asparagus
Push all ingredients through your juicer. Add the wheatgrass juice/powder separately. Stir well and serve immediately.
Makes 1.1/2 – 2 cups
