Nut or Seed Milk


  • 1 Handful of: Cashew nuts OR Pumpkin seeds (for a LOWER fat option) OR Almonds
  • 1 cup of water
  • Touch of honey if you want a bit of sweetness

Put all into blender and blend.
You can play with the ratio of water and nuts or seeds to make the milk thicker or thinner.
